Lake Cumberland is the second largest lake in the Cumberland River System.  This scenic lake covers over 63,000 acres with more than 1,200 miles of federally protected shoreline. The lake provides many outdoor recreational opportunities for millions of visitors each year. If you like to fish, whether you are a recreational angler or a serious angler, Lake Cumberland is a fisherman’s dream.  Lake Cumberland has an abundance of crappie, bream, walleye, trout, catfish and five species of bass (largemouth, smallmouth, white, Kentucky and rock). In addition to fishing there is water sports, camping, hiking, hunting and much more.  Lake Cumberland has become one of the finest recreational areas in the Eastern United States. Beautiful in any season, the area abounds with festivals and special events that draw thousands from miles around.  Lake Cumberland has an abundance of restaurants, hotels, lakeside cabins and cottages to choose from.  We welcome you to visit the Lake Cumberland area.  We are confident that you will love your stay with us.
